With 24 years experience across the gamut of the security, safety and risk industry, Scott is a court and tribunal recognised expert and has a “hands on” and systematic approach to Security Management and Business Continuity Management. Scott is often contacted by various media sources as a “Security Industry Specialist Spokesperson” and also Expert Witness when security related issues surface in the public arena. He has consulted and lectured throughout the Middle East and USA and has and worked with government, industry regulators and industry across all Australian States and Territories spanning the spectrum of security and risk as well as all industry verticals. Scott sits on numerous International security related councils to ensure he stays abreast of world best practise in his field of expertise.

Michael Bell, JP
A strong background in operational management with a defined focus on security, safety and protection has seen Michael involved with mass gathering events such as the Sydney 2000 Olympics, the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games and the 2014 World Parks Congress. Michael is also a well versed and experienced instructor with superior ability to enhance overall performance and compliance across multiple disciplines. Michael is an extensively qualified self-defence practitioner, holding instructor levels in Krav Maga, Humane Pressure Point Tactics, Control and Restraint, Edged Weapons and Defensive Tactics he brings this unique combination of knowledge and experience into the realm of personal and corporate safety training, risk mitigation and conflict management.
Anthony is a current serving commissioned law enforcement officer with 16 years operational and leadership experience in high pressure, frenetic environments. He has a proven history of achieving successful outcomes in high risk environments utilising an adaptable and holistic approach. Anthony is an experienced specialist incident and emergency management instructor and his depth of experience significantly enhances Praesidium’s ability to assist its clients in areas such as incident investigations, loss prevention strategies and industry regulator as well as media liaison to name a few.
Chris Van Luenen
Chris has a background in High Risk Construction which has gained him extensive experience in a variety of senior roles across several states around Australia. He is an exceptional communicator and has a structured and efficient approach to liaising with key stakeholders (Clients, Contractors, Local & Federal Government Organisations, Safe Work Inspectors and other Industry Regulators) to ensure client’s stay informed, maintain best practise compliance and ensure a sound WH&S environment.
Throughout his career, Chris has developed effective customised WH&S documentation frameworks to ensure compliance and has disseminated and implemented these frameworks in a manner that ensures seamless assimilation. He has advanced project management skills and has proven success in ensuring necessary outcomes are achieved within planned timeframes.
