Day 1
Mastery of Non-Verbal Communication
Participants will learn to read, analyse, and assess body language and non-verbal behavioural indicators. They will learn to detect inaccuracies, detect deceptive behavioural indicators, and predict future behavioural intentions.
Day 2
Micro-Expressions
Through detailed study and practice, participants will learn how to analyse and recognise macro, micro, and subtle facial expressions, enhancing their ability to detect instant change in a persons emotional state, and understand what triggered these reactions.
Day 3
Elicitation
The participants will learn how to gather sensitive or critical information in a non- threatening, informal, and ethical way using intelligence tradecraft techniques known as Elicitation. The participants will learn how to apply hands-on methods to elicit information from others.
Day 4
OSINT
Understanding Behaviour-Based Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). Participants will acquire the ability to analyse online behaviour, using open-source tools and platforms to gather and analyse intelligence.
Day 5
Influential psychology
Influential Psychology: Based on Dr Robert Cialdini’s 7 principles of influence, the participants will learn how to apply 7 effective strategies to influence others. Participants will also learn how to neutralise any persuasive “traps” directed towards them.
