Security focussed mystery shopping visits: Specialist trained personnel provide covert site attendance visits with a defined security focus. Pre populated metric templates are designed in a collaborative format with our clients prior to attendance to ensure all measured outcomes are in line with operational objectives and underpinned with legislative requirements.

Security Site/Organisations Inductions: Praesidium can design your organisation’s or event specific security specific induction elements to ensure all documentation is in line with best practise.
Incident Investigation: Our Senior Consultants are well versed in the investigation and subsequent reporting/evidence preparation of all levels of incidents.
Regulator Liaison: Due to Praesidium’s Senior Team having in excess of 60 years experience in the fields of security, safety and risk, one of our consultants can assist with liaison with various industry regulators in the initial preparation and lodgement of security management plans, incident review sessions or meetings relating to potential license changes/measures. This can also involve attending liquor accords, site specific planning sessions or representation at group planning sessions.
